Description:

High pressure equipment “Poseidon” is a powerful solution for industrial cleaning of pipes and surfaces. Compact and user-friendly design, solid frame, components from Italy, Germany, and the USA make the equipment “Poseidon” universal and reliable apparatus for operation in all fields of industry.
For usage in scarce water conditions the equipment is completed with water tanks of any capacity and booster pump.
We perform turnkey installation on any chassis requested by a customer – ranging from trailer to van, special vehicles not being an exception.
Upon your request we are ready to design and manufacture custom-tailored solutions. For instance, system of automatic cleaning of pipes in a machinery shop (for tubings and other pipes to be renovated), system of cleaning mixers from concrete, etc.

Pump T-300M/H/UH
T-300 pump consists of two main parts: power unit and hydraulic one. The power unit comprises crankshaft, rods and pistons; it is intended to convert revolving motion from the motor to reciprocating motion of plungers. T-300 pump is offered together with three standard hydraulic units: “M” standard – for pressure of 552 – 1,034 bar, “H” standard – for pressure 1,034 – 1,379 bar, and “UH” standard – for pressure of 2,759 bar

Hydraulic unit:

All hydraulic units Partek from Gardner Denver have several features allowing to considerably increase service life and repairability.

• All high pressure components are manufactured from high-hardness stainless steel, which prevents corrosion and adds to hardness.
• Supply manifold is made of space aluminum and allows for operation even in sea water conditions, together with other rust-proof parts.
• L-shaped unit configuration allows internal components to adapt so as to provide a maximum of performance and reliability.
• Partek hydraulic units are designed to operate at the best of their performance allowing for a pump to run at a slow pace, which extends the pump service life.
• Due to collet-type coupling of plungers (slip joints) they are better aligned, can be dismantled and replaced more conveniently.
• Plungers and seals are lubricated and cooled by water. Unlike oil lubrication, water lubrication is ecologically cleaner, cheaper and requires a minimun of servicing.
• Partek plungers are assembled so that plungers and seals could be easily and quickly replaced from the side of a power unit.
• Valve seats are ring-shaped, which materially adds to their reliability under high loads in comparison with traditional valve cones.
• A seal is automatically adjusted due to the internal spring, which makes it unnecessary to tighten the seal nuts regularly, as one does in other pumps.

«L» standard
Pressure up to 1034 bar (T-300M)

“L” standard represents a conventional industrial standard for hydromonitors. Simple structure allows for easy and quick replacement of valves, plungers and seals even in field conditions. Plungers are made of stainless steel with special coating and resistant to temperature extremes.

Horizontal, in-line arrangement of inlet and outlet valves precludes occurrence of wave interference effect, which allows to operate at pressures over 1,000 bar. Unique technology of repair of valves and valve seats adds hundreds of hours to a pump service life at less costs. A plunger surface is coated with hard polished tungsten carbide, which ensures maximum extension of service life of plungers and seals.

Power unit:

• Heavy steel crankshaft, tapered roller bearings and large pistons provide for high accuracy and impressive service life of the unit.
• Body is made of cast iron.
• Roomy oil tub provides for proper lubrication of all internal components.
• Breather and special protectors prevent contamination of oil.
• Indicator to monitor oil level in the unit.
