High pressure equipment “Poseidon ” is a powerful solution for industrial cleaning of pipes and surfaces. Compact and user-friendly design, heavy-duty frame, and components from Italy, Germany, and the US make this equipment reliable and capable of application in all industry fields.
The apparatus are equipped with water tanks of any capacity and booster pump for usage under lack-of-water conditions.
We provide turnkey installation works on any chassis – ranging from a trailer to caravan, special vehicles being no exception – at the request of a customer.
Upon your request we are ready to offer individual solutions, for example system of automatic cleaning of pipes in a workshop (for tubings and other pipes to be renovated), system of cleaning of mixers from concrete, etc.

TY-375 pump:

The pump consists of two main parts: power unit and hydraulic one. The first comprising crank shaft, connection rods, and pistons is intended to convert motor rotation to back-and-forth motion of plungers.

Three standard hydraulic units are offered for TY-375 pump:
“S” standard for pressure from 552 to 1,034 bar,
“H” standard for pressure from 1,034 to 1,379 bar,
“UH” standard for pressure of up to 2,759 bar.

Hydraulic unit:

All Partek hydraulic units from company Gardner Denver possess several features allowing to considerably increase their service life and repairability.

• All high pressure components are made of special high-strength stainless steel, which prevents corrosion.
• Supply header is made of aircraft-grade aluminum and along with other non-corrodible parts makes it possible to operate even on sea water.
• Due to “L”-type configuration of a hydraulic unit, inner components are automatically fitted in to ensure the best performance.
• Partek hydraulic units are designed with a view of the highest possible efficiency so that a pump can operate at a slower pace, which increases its service life.
• Collet-type connection of plungers (slip joints) provide for more precise alignment, more convenient dismounting and replacement.
• Plungers and seals are lubricated and cooled by means of water. Unlike oil greasing, using of water lubricant is cleaner, cheaper and do not require much servicing.
• Partek hydraulic units are assembled in a such way that plungers and seals can easily be accessed and replaced from the side of power unit.
• Valve seats have a ring-like shape due to which they are much more reliable than ordinary valve cones when operating under high loads.
• A seal is automatically adjusted due to inner spring so that there is no need to tighten the nut of the seal like in other pumps.

Due to horizontal, in-line arrangement of inlet and outlet valves a wave interference phenomenon does not occur, which allows operating at pressures over 1,000 bar. Unique technology of valve and seat repair accrues hundreds of hours to a pump life and reduces costs at the same time. The surface of plunger has a polished hard tungsten carbide coating, which allows plungers and seals reach their maximum service life.

Power unit:

• Heavy steel crank shaft, cone ballbearings and large pistons provides for high accuracy and tremendous service life of the unit.
• The body is made of cast iron.
• Large oil bath provides for sufficient lubrication of all internal components.
• Breather and special deflectors prevent oil from contamination.
